Asia Prince Jang Keun Suk was involved in an automobile accident early morning today. 

Jang Keun Suk and his two managers were in the car which was involved in the accident and reportedly his manager was driving. 

After the accident, Jang Keun Suk left for a quick check-up in the hospital, following which he returned immediately to the drama Love Rain filming venue. 

Jang was returning to Seoul for Love Rain shooting and while the accident took place, he was in the backseat of the car. 

The car was said to have hit guard rails, which are placed on top of a cliff. Fortunately, actor Jang was not seriously injured, sustaining only some bruises and pain. 

Tree J had asked Eels all over the world to not worry and asked them to check the official site for more updates. Today, Actor Jang himself tweeted pictures of the accident and fans were relieved that Jang was fine.

Recently the filming set for “Love Rain” located at the “Yoons Color Four Season House” was revealed. 

Jang Keun Suk met with the press and talked about YoonA’s character “Hana.”

On the 48th Baeksang Arts Award on 26th April 2012 at Jamsil Olympic Hall, Jang Keun Suk, Gong Yoo and Shin Ha Kyun win the Most Popular (Male) Award in motion picture category. Jang Keun Suk of “You’re My Pet” grabbed the 49.4% of high vote share to rank 1st in popularity. The attractive actor was listed on the nominees with his movie You’re My Pet and competed with other nominees, including Shin Ha Kyun and Gong Yoo.

This is not the first time Jang Keun Suk won the popularity award. In 2010, Jang Geun Suk won the Popularity Award through movie “The Case of Itaewon Homicide”. Jang Keun Suk has come to life again.

Jang is getting a lot of attention from in and outside of Korea, including Japan, by appearing on KBS’s seriesLove Rain as a lead actor. But the audience rating was lower than what was expected.

The series received single digit audience rating and placed at the bottom among other TV dramas airing at the same time. The series, composed of 20 episodes, has aired 10 episodes so far. The average audience rating is 5.0 percent, which is a very disappointing result. MBC’s series Light and Shadow, received 20 percent of the average audience rating and ranked first.

Love Rain is about a man and woman who shared unfulfilled love in the 70s who will fall in love each other in 2012. Jang is playing the double role from the 70s and in 2012.

Some people say the series is old-fashioned and some people say that Jang looks awkward acting like a model student in the 70s.

However, the officials for the series are consenting to the reviews. They were supposed to air 5 to 6 episodes featuring the 70s but they only aired 4 episodes. From the 5th episode, Jang and SNSD’s Yoona are performing modern characters.

In the 70s, Jang played the classic guitar and studied hard. But in 2012, he transformed into a licentious photographer saying, “I can attract any girls in three seconds if I want to.” People say Jang has come to life again. During the second half of this year, Young Jong Do, Incheon, the place that holds Incheon International Airport, will also be the home to the new "Hallyu Museum" that is currently under construction. "Mountain Star" will take part in the construction and production of the Hallyu Museum which will serve to spread and create a positive image of the growing Hallyu Wave.

In order to house as many parts to the phenomenon, the building is planned to be an estimated 7,953.93 square meters so that visitors can fully experience and enjoy the Hallyu culture.

Hallyu Museum's director, Heo Nam, states, "Hallyu Wave, like the Olympics, has become an important cultural brand that enlightens the people all around the world about South Korea.
